The game seems sweet and innocent at first but the new stakes make it a bit intense!
The winner is declared before long and the other two realize their fate as the winner happily grabs the suppositories!
The other 2 struggle with the pangs from them as they melt inside of them and they start to cramp up but they still manage to play another round of the game while it kicks in!
It doesn’t take long though for them to take full effect and the have to mess urgently! Its a bit embarrassing for them to mess in front of each other but they can’t help it!
